Thank you for stopping by! I'm Jen, owner and designer of The Polished Planner. I'd like to address a few questions that I get asked frequently:


Q: Why are items sold out? Can't you just print more?

A: I list the amount of items that I have printed and ready to ship. I know that some stores print items to order, but I prefer to print my most popular items in advance so that my customers have no production wait time. With most items, I can and I will print more once they're sold out, and you can always email me to inquire about a specific product. 


Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes! Email me!


Q: What are your shipping times?

A: I try to ship items within 48 hours of receiving notice of payment. If you have placed a custom order, that turnaround time will depend on the order, and I will discuss it with you when you place your order.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: If you are interested in having an item shipped outside of the United States, please email me and we can discuss shipping costs.
